WOD for Tuesday 3-6-2012




Warm-Up

     - 3 Rounds of
          - 150M Row
          - 10 PVC Overhead Squats
          - 10 Push-Ups

Skills:
     - Review of Split Snatch
     - Review of Overhead Squat

WOD:
     - Split Snatch: 8 Rounds of 2 Reps on the Minute. Work up to 85%

     - Overhead Squat: 5 sets of 3 @75-80% of 1RM
