Training Plan for Monday February 24,2014


A. Clean Grip Deadlift
     - 4 sets of 3 reps (must use hook grip on all reps!)

B. Above Knee Power Clean
     - 5 sets of 3 reps. Work at about 75-85%

C. Squat Clean Thruster
     - Work up to a max attempt
