-Percentages should be based off your 1RM Snatch. You can power snatch the first 1-2 reps of each set.
B. Snatch Grip Deadlift
- 5 reps @60%,5 reps @ 70%,5 reps @80%
Accessory Work
C1 Box Jump (3 sets of 10 reps), step down each rep
C2. 1 Arm Bent Over Row (3 sets of 10 each arm)
C3. Knees To Elbow-Strict (3 sets of 10 reps)
