B. Snatch
     - 4 Clusters of 1.1.1 @ 70%

C. For time of the following....

     Part 1 - 20 Clean and Jerks  @ 60% of Max
      Recommended Weights (M/W)  = 135/95, 115/75, 95/65

     Rest 3:00, then complete

     Part 2 - 20 Snatches @ 60% of Max
      Recommended Weights (M/W) = 135/95. 115/75, 95/65, 75/55
