Training Plan for Tuesday December 4th, 2012




A. Snatch: 5 sets of 2 reps @ 75-85%

B. Snatch Pull: 4 sets of 3 reps. Use 80% + of your best Snatch Weight

C. Pause Back Squats: 5 sets of 2 reps. Feel these out. These shouldn't be done at super heavy weight.
