Technique Review: Barbell Warm-Up plus review of the workout
Training:
A. Snatch* : 5 sets of 3 reps, 70-80%
* Raw beginners do Hang Power Snatches with unloaded barbell or work squat snatches with PVC
B. Snatch-Pull : 4 sets of 4 reps
C. 1 1/4 Hi-Bar Back Squat: 4 sets of 3 reps
