     1 Clean Grip Deadlift + 1 Clean Pull + 1 Hang Clean

     8 sets, work with light to moderate weight

B. Strict Press   1-1-1-1-1

C. Push Press    3-3-3-3-3

D. Push Jerk      5-5-5-5-5
