Training Plan for Monday March 6, 2017

A. Snatch Clusters
     - 1.1 @ 60%
     - 1.1 @ 65%
     - 1.1 @ 70%
     - 1.1 @75%
     - 1.1 @ 80%

B. 3 Snatch Push Press + 2 Snatch Balance
     - 5 sets of the above

C. Split Jerk
     - 5 sets x 3 reps, building in weight then, 2 more sets @ 90% of that weight
