Training Plan for Monday November 7, 2016

A. Overhead Squat
     - 2-2-2-1-1-1 ( Start at around 70-75%, then build to heavy single)

B. Power Clean + Jerk
     - 1-1-1-1-1-1

C. Pendlay Row
     - 3 x 10  . Shoot for about 50% of your max clean weight
