Training Plan for Monday March 21, 2016

A. Snatch High Pull
     - 4 sets of 3 reps @ light weight. These can be from the hang position or from the ground

B. Snatch
     - Single reps. Work up to a challenging weight. 15:00 time limit.

C. Overhead Squat
     - 5 sets of 2 reps @ 80%
