A. Clean Deadlift

B. Complex of the following: Power Clean + Push-Press + Push Jerk + Split Jerk
     - 5 sets of the above @ 65%

Accessory Work
C1. GHD Back Extensions: 10-12 reps x 3 sets, rest 1:00
C2. Kettlebell One Arm Press: 8-10 reps x 3 sets, rest 1:00
C3. Pendlay Row: 10-12 Reps x 3 sets, rest 1:00
