Training Plan for Monday May 11, 2015

A. Clean Grip Deadlift
     3 reps x 4 sets @ 90% of best clean

B. Hang Squat Clean
     3 reps touch 'n go x 5 sets (moderate weight)

C. Split Jerk
     1 rep x 5 sets. Work up to a heavy weight
