Training Plan for Monday May 5, 2014

A. Snatch Pull + Power Snatch
     - 6 Clusters of 1.1.1

B. Overhead Squat
     - 5 sets of 3 reps: Work with 70-80% of 1RM

C. Jerk Balance
     - 5 sets of 3 @ light weight. Focus on technique and being quick under the bar.
