     - 6 Clusters of 1.1.1 @ 80-85%

B. (Squat) Clean and Jerk
     - Every minute on the minute for 10:00 @ mod. weight (no more than 70%)

C1. Glute Ham Raise
     - 3 sets of 8-12

C2. Plank Hold
     - :30
Rest 1:30 between sets
